Spirituality is quality of ectoplasm.
Ectoplasm is stuff of 'I' consciousness.
When 'I' consciousness secures specific point in time-space, 'I' consciousness can do VO as subject S using ectoplasm overlapping on subtle energy.
'I' consciousness securing specific point in time-space is consciousness.
Consciousness is 'I' consciousness in time-space.
'I' consciousness in time-space overlaps ectoplasm on bio-matrix of physical body.
S of 'I' consciousness do VO activity using subtle energy of bio-matrix.
Quality of ectoplasm is expressed by SVO in time-space.
Quality of SVO in time-space is spirituality.
Raise up of quality of SVO is raise of soul level.
Spiritual practice is to raise quality of SVO.
Negative gods separate S and VO.
There is no raise of only S.
Spirituality of negative gods is false.
After life pursuing of only raising of S by teaching of negative gods , suffering and regret of soul wait.
