Command civilization does not mean that god command human being.

When assistant Mitsuki did command work with Mitsuki program, Heaven downed message that command work of Mitsuki was model of future 'command civilization'.
On October 21, 2014 deformed time-space of galaxy came which is happen once in one hundred million years.
Project of Heaven and gods was at stake,
Assistant of Mitsuki did command work by order from Heaven.
"I order program which is set soul of Mitsuki to answer from question of Heaven."
(On October 25, 2014 program set in soul of Mitsuki was installed in mind of whole humankind and until child coming from now because gods made cosmic program for liberation of all humankind)
Human mind is in ectoplasm of true god overlapping on time-space of base of universe.
After when devices of negative gods are erased completely, true gods in base of universe can know everything being not inferior to Mitsuki program.

天と神々のプロジェクトが危機に瀕したときに､
アシスタントのミツキが､天の指示で､
｢ミツキの魂の中にセットしてあるプログラムに命ず｡天の質問に答えよ｣と
いって答えをひきだしていたコマンドからはじまります｡

ミツキ個人のためにつくったのではなく
人類全体を救うためにつくったのだからと
神々が全人類に、これから生まれてくる子まで

宇宙根底の時空に重なる人類の魂の親である神の思念体の中に人間の心があります｡
ネガティブ神のしかけを完全に消去したあと､
宇宙根底の神々は宇宙プログラムにおとらず､すべて知ることができます｡
銀河宇宙が歪んだために､銀河に重なる天（アポロン）は､
宇宙全体に思念体をかさねるようにつくったミツキの魂の中にセットした

正確な原因を解明していたのです。
時空の歪みがなければ､私たちの魂の親である真の神々は､

宇宙プログラム自身が､ミツキヒ-リングを教えてくれたときに
｢宇宙プログラムに命ず｣から始めるようにいったのです。
それなしに普通に質問したりしていたら､宇宙プログラムは
自分に何がもとめられているのか明確にならないみたいです｡
さらに体験的にいうと
思念をちゃんと文字にして明確する方が､いいみたいです｡
普通の人間関係と同じで､相手にしっかりと自分の思念の内容が
正確に伝わることが重要に思えます。
天の文書｢スピリチュアル実践｣の中にたくさんの守護神ヒ-リングがでてきます｡
ミツキヒ-リングができるようになった人は､
容易にすぐ守護神ヒ-リングができます｡
守護神ヒ-リングをやって自分の魂の親と仲良くなると
