３, cultural diversity
Principle of policy of culture of socialist earth government is cultural diversity.
Cultural diversity should be respect.
Culture is collective expression of collective 'I' consciousness of non-presence.
To pay respect other culture means to follow providence.
Following providence raises soul level.
To secure cultural diversity in society make member of whole society raise soul level.
Nation state cannot make society secured cultural diversity.
Nation state bases on major cultural group.
As long as being nation state minor cultural group is not paid respect equally.
Structure of nation state needs ectoplasm structure which base on field within major ethnic group.
Ectoplasm structure which support nation state has border.
Border makes people division between within group and without group.
Minority group is not paid respect.
In order to build up society that all people are paid respect, it needs to build up socialist earth government which has no border.
Only socialist earth government can enforce policy of cultural diversity.

社会主義地球政府の文化政策の原理は、文化的多様性である。
文化的多様性が尊重されるべきである。
文化は、非顕在の集合的「私」意識の集合的表現である。
他の文化に敬意を払うことは摂理に従うことを意味する。
摂理に従うことは、魂レベルを上げる。
社会において文化的多様性を確保することは、
社会全体のメンバーの魂レベルを上げる。
国民国家は文化的多様性を確保した社会をつくることができない。
国民国家は、主要な文化グループに基礎をおいている。
国民国家であるかぎり、少数の文化グループには
対等に敬意が払われない。
国民国家の構造は、主要なエスニックグループの
内部の場にもとづく思念体構造を必要とする。
国民国家を支える思念体構造は、ボーダーをもっている。
ボーダーは、人々をグループの内側とグループの外側に分割する。
少数グループは、敬意が払われない。
すべての人々が敬意を払われる社会をつくりあげるためには、
ボーダーをもたない社会主義地球政府を
つくリあげることが必要である。
社会主義地球政府だけが、
文化的多様性の政策を実施することができる。
