Authority is decision maker.
Those who have ability to decide which way to go is authority.
In the system of capitalism and nation-state authority is a few people who center information to them.

Democracy is that people have right to decide.
Democracy should include the decision by members in the process.
Capitalism and nation-state is not democracy.
Under the name of democracy the system of un-democracy moves on.

Various problem of society is produced from un-democratic system.
Decision process is important.
If decision process is democratic, process has debate.
In the debating many opinion is represented and exchanged , mutual understanding proceeds.

Mutual understanding of members is important for the success of democracy.
In the system of capitalism and nation-state there is no debate among members and no mutual understanding.
Authority decides and members follow.

The meaning of that ectoplasm of non-presence secure specific point in space-time of presence is to make the quality of relation between ectoplasm.
To make the quality of relation between ectoplasm , it is important that process of social management include debate among members and mutual understanding.
True democracy of socialism and earth government is needed.
False democracy of capitalism and nation-states should be abolished.
Democracy should include the process of debating by members.
