Capitalism is private ownership of means of production.
Today no one own means of production.
In company everyone from top to bottom has not means of production.
This is capitalism without capitalist.
Only the capitalist system which work to maximize profits is driving.
This system is train which has no driver and go to ruin.
Socialism is share of means of production.
Means of production is land, building, machine and equipment, supply, stock.
Socialism means that related people share these means of production.
Socialism does not mean that nation own means of production.

There is only the essence of capitalism that is competition system to pursue profit, it is capitalism with no capitalist that have no private ownership of means of production.
Capitalist is not present who deprived of means of production when means of production is shared by relatives.
Socialism can be achieved peacefully because no one to lose when law that relatives share means of production is decided.
